Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions govern the use of the amulet.ro website and orders placed through it, operated by Birta Impex SRL.
1. Merchant identification
Birta Impex SRL, registered office at Piața Transilvaniei nr. 7, 415500 Salonta, Bihor County, Romania, registered with the Trade Registry under no. J2015000863054, tax ID (CUI) 34585600, hereinafter referred to as the "Merchant" or "AMULET".
2. Products and prices
The products presented on the site (AMULET alkaline water in 1.5L bottles and 19L containers) are for informational purposes. Prices are shown in RON and may change without prior notice; the price confirmed at order confirmation is the one that applies.
3. Placing an order
An order is placed by completing the form on the site with contact and delivery details. The Merchant confirms the order by phone or email before delivery.
4. Delivery
Delivery is carried out in the Salonta area (Monday–Thursday), Oradea (Monday and Wednesday) and Arad (Thursday), within approximately 50 km. Delivery is free for orders over 150 RON; below that amount, delivery terms are arranged by phone.
5. Payment
Payment is made on delivery, in cash or as agreed with the Merchant. The website does not process online payments.
6. The 19L container and the SGR deposit
The 19L container can be delivered at a reduced price (35 RON) in exchange for an equivalent empty container, or at full price (75 RON) without an exchange. The 1.5L bottles include the SGR deposit (0.5 RON/bottle), redeemable at any SGR collection point nationwide.
7. Right of withdrawal
Under Romanian Government Emergency Ordinance no. 34/2014, the consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of delivery, without needing to justify the decision. This right does not apply to products already consumed or unsealed for hygiene reasons. To exercise the right of withdrawal, please contact us using the details below.
8. Product conformity
The Merchant is responsible for the conformity of delivered products in accordance with applicable law. Any non-conformity should be reported to the Merchant as soon as possible after discovery.
9. Limitation of liability
The Merchant makes reasonable efforts to keep the information on the site accurate, but is not liable for technical errors or interruptions to the website's operation.
10. Intellectual property
The content of the website (text, images, the AMULET logo) is the property of the Merchant and may not be reproduced without its written consent.
11. Personal data protection
The processing of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy, an integral part of these terms.
12. Dispute resolution
Complaints may be addressed directly to the Merchant. Consumers may also contact the National Authority for Consumer Protection (ANPC, www.anpc.ro, toll-free line 0800 080 999) or the EU's online dispute resolution platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
13. Applicable law
These terms and conditions are governed by Romanian law.
