Through the order form we collect: name, phone, email (optional), city, delivery address and optional notes. The servers hosting the site may automatically log technical data (IP address, browser type).

The data is used exclusively to process and deliver your order, to communicate with you about your order, and, where applicable, to meet accounting/tax obligations.
4. Legal basis
Processing is based on the performance of a contract (processing your order) and, where relevant, on the Merchant's legitimate interest in responding to inquiries received.
5. Who we share data with
Order data is transmitted through the Resend email service, used solely to deliver the message to the Merchant. We do not sell or rent your data to third parties for marketing purposes.
6. Retention period
Order-related data is kept for as long as necessary to process the order and, where applicable, for the period required by accounting and tax legislation (typically 5–10 years for financial documents).
7. Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to processing and to data portability, as well as the right to lodge a complaint with the National Supervisory Authority for Personal Data Processing (ANSPDCP, www.dataprotection.ro).

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data against unauthorized access, loss or misuse.
