What is the minimum amount for free delivery?+
Home delivery is free for orders over 150 RON. Below that amount, we'll contact you to arrange delivery.
Which days do you deliver?+
We deliver in Salonta and the surrounding area (approx. 50 km radius) Monday to Thursday, in Oradea on Monday and Wednesday, and in Arad on Thursday.
What is the 0.5 RON deposit on the 1.5L bottles?+
It's the national SGR (Deposit-Return System) deposit, mandatory nationwide for PET packaging. It can be redeemed at any SGR collection point in the country, not just from us.
What quantity are the 1.5L bottles sold in?+
The 1.5L bottles are sold individually. For reference, 6 bottles make up one pack — at checkout we automatically show you the pack equivalent.
Is the 19L container returnable?+
Yes, the 19L containers are reusable. The 35 RON price applies when you hand over an empty container at delivery; without an exchange container, the price is 75 RON.
Does the 19L container have a handle?+
The delivered container may have a handle or not, depending on available stock. This variant cannot be chosen by the customer.
How do I pay for my order?+
Payment is made on delivery, in cash or as arranged by phone. We do not currently process online payments on the site.
Can I order for a company, office or school?+
Yes, we offer recurring deliveries for offices, schools and gyms. Contact us for a tailored offer.
